Agents:

The penguins’ secret agency is working... in secret. Those brave agents protect the island. Everyday, they do everything they can do so they can keep the island safe. They supervise all the operations and try to keep away the problems...
- The jetpack guy / the tactic commander

- He wears elegant clothes. He is very attached to his tie.
- Rookie, communicating officer

- He gets in trouble a lot of times: that is the best he can do.
- Dot, the disguise gal

- She tries new disguises. She is not a meetable character... yet...
- P.H., Puffle Handler

- She is an expert in wild life. She loves to feed the puffles with o’berries and Puffle O.
Evil:

Caution! Those evil characters want to ruin your day! Be careful with the penguins’ biggest enemies! They would do anything to ruin the peace and quiet on the Club Penguin Island... Who knows what evil plans do they have? One thing is for sure: the agents will stop them from doing anything bad!
